Dstv fees paid no service delivery

Yet again i am still waiting for DSTV or Multichoice finance department to come back to me regarding the payment of fees and no service delivery. You want to be successful but cannot even find the payment that i made in 2017. I have spend money calling you from abroad and still your automated replies keep me in line. Would you rather want the customers to cause havoc at one of your outlets?
