DSTV ******* fees added

My agreement with multichoice is they should deduct dstv installment on 31 or 30 of every month , during december multichoice went to deduct on 30/12/2025 and of cause it bounced and they disconnected the blocked channel and the fee for compact increased from R699 to R1261, the explanation is they cancelled my subscription. No one really tries to explain why they cancelling the subscription and if DSTV is adamant that i must pay R1721 and they will charge interest and the debt will increase. Is this how DSTV multichoice rips people , if you blocked me to view tv and charged me R50 reconnection fee and now you cancel the whole contract and wants me to pay R1721. WHY SHOULD I PAY R1721 IF YOU HAVE CANCELLED MY CONTRACT , WHY SHOULD I PAY WHILE YOU BLOCKED ME TO WATCH. Our agreement is debit order goes through at the end of month so that you find funds in the account if you debit day before there wont be funds. Is this the agreement that DSTV have with its clients and does ICASA know how we are treated and does NCR know how the agreement between the public and DSTV is done. THIS IS POOR SERVICE AND DAYLIGHT ******* TO THE PUBLIC AND DSTV IS RIPPING US OFF WITH THE EXTRA CHARGES , YOU ARE BLOCKED TO WATCH TV AND ASKED TO PAY REDICULOUSLY HIGH FEES TO RECONNECT SERVICE. DSTV REVERSER ALL THE CANCELLATION FEES AND RECONNECT MY SUBSCRIPTION , MY NEXT STOP IS SOCIAL MEDIA AND ICASA.
