To be able to take your decoder in in Port Elizabeth is nearly impossible. As I do work and you have to be able to stand in a line for at leat 2and a half hours and when I was close to get in 2nd last they said no more thank you. I explained that I work and want to see the manager and I was told that he does not want to see me. I have to pay 919 for nothing and people that treat you like that. They said I could come on Saturday and I was there just after 8 - 19th in the line, waited till 9h20 and they did not open. They told us to go to Jbay - that is during lockdown. It is a disgrace. I was not the only person who felt like this and who was informed to be there on Saturday. Unfortunately I have to take my explora in to be tested and they just do not care at the offices in PE.
