I purchased a Price Lock package from Multichoice which offered a full installation for R899pm.The installer came to my house but was unable to get the system to work.He thought the decoder was faulty so I had to go to a DSTV branch to exchange it.However the second decoder also did not work (according to the installer) He then left my house and I have now been trying since August last year to get DSTV to come and install this system.This includes many many emails and phone calls but besides promises I have not had any luck resolving this problem
