dstv fault

hi there dstv contacted me and saud i was choosen for a discount on my dstv but had to activate the debtoredr so i did now dstv did not deduct now they disconected my viewing once again where it is their fault that payment was not done.so my question is what is dstv's mission to get more money through reconnection fees all the time.or what.
