DSTV Family package

I was not using my DSTV Family package and left it to be suspended. This was suspended on 27th of August 2019. On the 19th of October 2019 i wanted to use my package again. I had to pay R 383.96 for the month that this was suspended and the R 315 for the month of November 2019. Why i had to pay to reconnect i dont know as this was suspended. I also dont understand why my DSTV Family package is R315. When the price shown on the DSTV site show R 265.

I would like my money back that i have been overcharged.
