Dstv false free installation decoders

I purchased a dstv decoder which includes free installation.I was told that I will need to contact a Dstv certified installer to arrange connection.When I contacted the installers none of them agreed to come and i install for free as per the promotion.They all said I need to pay for the service and they are not part of the promotion.So now I am stuck with a decoder with nobody to install.It would seem that Dstv is running a false promotion as none of their agents are willing to install without payment.What a waste of time.
