DStv False Advertising- Rugby World Cup Access

On 4 October I upgraded from Easyview to Access so that I could watch World Cup Rugby. No access to rugby and the call centre woman and her manager knew nothing about this widely advertised offer. I paste from https://www.supersport.com/rugby/news/190905_SuperSports_bestever_Rugby_World_Cup_offering "SuperSport 1 will offer 24-hour World Cup content from September 20, the opening day of the tournament. Before then, from September 9-19, SS1 will present an array of historical content (highlights, documentaries, profiles), setting the scene for the 48-match event in Japan. During this period, SS1 will be temporarily available for DStv viewers all the way down to Access." I want my money back that I paid and Easyview to be restored- and there had better not be any costs/penalties for DStv's error/false advertising!!
