DSTV. False advertising

Dstv are pathetic. They advertise that you can switch from holiday service to home by whatsapp or Dstv self help. This sevice does not work. Try calling them. Same pathetic excuses for the service not working. Phoned an hour ago to activate recording function. As I have done for the last 2 months. Dstv cannot activate this servi( which I pay for) without several calls. I suggest that they allow holiday and home sevices remain active at the same time at one premium until Dstv can solve there obvious system failure. My next step is to report Dstv to advertising complaints. SORT IT OUT. David.
