DStv false adverti*****t of free Showmax

So DStv offers you Showmax @ no extra costs if you have a premium account, or should I say, they advertise it like that. But we got a bill for Showmax on our DStv account. After a long discussion with DStv, they said we must cancel the subscription, and they will credit us for the mistake. So in short, it is not free if you charge the customers!
