DSTV false advert

I bought a Compact Decoder 15/11/2022 the one on promotion whereby they said you get 1 month free from Game, to my surprise when I call DSTV it was connected properly and was told that I must pay R207 before the 5th December of which I made a payment on the 2nd December 2022 the cashier at Spar told me that I must pay R470 and I asked is for what she couldn't explain, I then called DSTV and they said I was supposed to pay within 48 hour's and which no one told me about that, I spoke to 4 DSTV consultant explaining different things even their Boss.

I really don't know what to do
