DSTV FAILURE OVER AND OVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

I have been having a problem with my decoders ever since i added extra view to my package. i have spent close to R500 on airtime calling their call centre and i have been to Multichoice Umhlanga 3 times trying to fix the problem and Im still experiencing problems. They do not call when they promise call backs and do not call back if i run out of airtime. Every time i go there , they say the problem is sorted however as soon as i get home the problem persists. Im not sure what to do anymore because even their technicians are failing to help me with the problem but my subscription is fully paid. Please urgently assist as the reason why i put this extra view in place is because i really needed to have the 2 TV's fully operational for my family. Please urgently assist!!!!!!!!!!!
