DSTV fails to keep to the contract or agreement

On 2 May at 15h40 the email agreement (Ref ***) was sent by Khumbudzo from DSTV that the monthly subscription will be R999.00 pm for the 24 months promotion at DSTV. TODAY an amount of R1009.00 has been taken from my bank account. This is *****. DSTV demanded that I need to do a debit order in order for me to get this so called "promotion" for 24 months at R999.00pm. I refuse but was informed if you don't do the debit order you don't get the promotion. I refused in the beginning as this is exactly what happened in the past with DSTV, they CANT stick to agreement/contracts! I canceled my debit order years ago and paid monthly with NO issue. It is on record that I said I don't want to do this debit order, as DSTV fail to stick to agreements. They take MORE money as per agreement/contract. This is the 3rd time now in a short period!!! DSTV thinks it is OK to take MORE money as the agreement/contract!!! In my eyes this is plain *****!!! Not even once but a few times now!!! I can't trust DSTV. POINT.
