DSTV failing me

I upgraded to PRICE Lock services. First month I was debited correctly. Pro rata+ monthly subscription whivh amiunted to R750.00 For the month of March, they wanted to debit R2017, which I reversed. Went to Maponya branch and was advised they couldnt help me and they will investigate. Contacted the call centre and their DSTV facebook and they failed to rectify it. They said I had two active service. The old service wasnt disconnected and now they want to charge me. I advised that they have the cotrect billing and I will pay and they still cant. For the month if April they want R1580 which is incorrect.
