DSTV failed us

On the night of 19/7/2023 we noticed an email coming through from DSTV Showmax welcoming us to Showmax. We found this strange so we called DSTV. After numerous calls and failed promises we still don’t have Showmax. All our apps have been blocked and our PVR function cancelled and by whom we have no idea and nor does DSTV helpdesk know. This is extremely frustrating as we spend endless hours on the phone to DSTV costing us money for something we haven’t requested. It’s been longer than 24 hours and still no response or call backs from DSTV. They deduct our payment last night but we can’t watch Showmax. I then went online and had an online chat to which I was told the problem will be escalated. This is beyond pathetic. You can’t complain about service delivery because there is none!
