DSTV FAIL TO HONOUR COMMITMENTS
On 5 May 2020 I approached DSTV to request relief during Covid19 due to the fact there was no live sport and that was the primary motivator of subscribing to their premium service. On 8 May DSTV rep**** as follows Let me offer you R119.00 on your subscription for the next 3 months, you can pay us R800.00 per month until August. We will wait for your response. Kind regards, Thokozani Mabi I responded advising that I was hoping for a larger discount but as I pay by debit order the power to amend my subscription for the three months lies with DSTV. No reduction in subscription has been made and I am still paying the premium subscription of R919 per month for a below par service offering. Emails to DSTV since the beginning of June have been ignored. Perhaps DSTV would welcome me cancelling my subscription.

I did receive your call at 21h15 last night. Your call woke up our family and being rather groggy I did not fully comprehend the call contents. I do feel you should keep your customer call contacts to more reasonable hours.
