DSTV FAIL

I have never in my life waited for almost an hour for someone who escalated a query to a team leader. I am extremely unhappy with this kind of service. You disconnect my viewing for no reason, your customer service consultant doesn't know what to tell me and you make me stay on the line for this long out of my own pocket. What is this???
