DSTV Fail

Sent DSTV an e-mail on 11/10/2019 @ 18h34promised to get back to me within 8 hours. Now it's 15/10/2019 @ 07h00 and still waiting for an answer. Reference ***: I have a contract for R899 per month but yes DSTV decides to take more and I have phoned sent e-mails but behold DSTV has not come back to me at all. A great company feels nothing for it's clients. Great dissapointment Terence
