Dstv

I was happy with my Dstv subscription, u till I was called by a company called onAir, I was told It is a company working with multichoice and that I've been selected for a promotion were I'll be given a new dstv decoder( PVR) which will come with all the channels/ package I am subscribed too and a simcard that will be loaded with R50 every month, and I only need to pay R259 for two years for me to get the deal. I was happy to take the deal since I was now going to pay less for my dstv subscription, this morning I found out that I owe multichoice and my subscription is suspended, Onair had already debited their R259 and now I am unable to enjoy my dstv shows because I still need to pay multichoice and I can not afford because I've paid OnAir. I feel ****** and frustrated at the moment, I am disappointed In multichoice for allowing this company to disrupt the services of their customers and couse frustration to them, I really hope multichoice protect their customers by not allowing or partnering with such companies, I really had no issues with my Dstv subscription, until this happened.
