Good afternoon
I would like to complaint about dstv who deducted the money on my husband's capitec account without his permission, he was used to make an eft payment using capitec account after the debit order was stopped on his std bank account, after the debit was terminated from std bank then the cash payment took place.
After he found unauthorised debit order from capitec he then stopped and reversed the unknown debit.
So last week I paid R560 for dstv which was confirmed by dstv then boom they said I must pay R400 and some change for a stopped debit order 🤔
We spoke to the lady whom I didn't get a chance to confirm her name because after the argument she played the music for more than 10 minutes without notifying me, I then heard a voice of a male by the name of Chumisa Khalazana who said he's a manager but very rude and ***********, he was asking me of how I can solve the problem...as the manager he must have skills for problem solving.
Please activate our dstv asap. Id *** and account ***4.

That *********** so called manager insisted that the debit order was authorized by Mr Memela, then I asked for the proof and who did it on your side he then said what he knows is they can't log a debit order without a permission 🤔 I was furming because I know that didn't happen, we are cash customers after we terminated std bank dstv debit. If you can't solve your ***** problem because it's *****, how can you go to someone's account and debit the money without a concern 🤔 🤷 😐
Please refund me now if you are failing to discipline your employees who've done wrong.
