Earlier in June 2023 I requested downgrade from my package of R620 to R449, come end to my June subscription I’m told to pay R785, I asked why because I’m supposed to pay less for the month of July, I called the contact centre, spoke to fakazile Sithole for over 1 hour, she could not explain why should I pay more instead of less, I’m still without subscription even now because I can’t pay for what I don’t know.
