DSTV : Extra account Added without my knowledge.

Morning On my DSTV I usually Pay R986/m, but this month I was charged R1798, for what I don’t know. I have a compact plus with extra view and Showmax with insuarance, and another decoder with DSTV family.

When I called, am been told I loaded a Compact plus on my account, is to how I don’t know.

Please advice as to what happen and who loaded extra things on my account without my knowledge.

With such flaws in the system, who will refund me my money?, i urgently need those funds in my account ASAP.

a person is under stress for Covid, and now this makes it worse for me.
