Dstv Explorer Ultra its useless

We have a problem with our explorer utlra it keeps on reebooting for almost 4hours or more everyday we took it to dstv outlet in wonderpark they told us they have formatted it but it still doin the same thing ever since we bought this explorer utlra its problems after problems if its not the HDMI not working now its this problem of it always rebooting we cant watch anything anymore M so fed up n dissapointed with dstv
