DSTV Explorer - disk full

Disgusted by DSTV multichoice service I bought a explorer decoder it's less than a year. I've been getting an error saying disk is full I'm unable to record and catch up . Ive called your call center agent they also have no clue how to fix this error. The WhatsApp service is also useless.can someone assist as this is frustrating and we're paying for services that we can't even use.
