I am truly not impressed with the way MultiChoice has handled the explorer promo. I was called by a consultant offering me a deal off R99. 00 a month for 24 months, I never knew that I was dealing the most dishonest company consultant to reach her target because everything she said on that day it's nothing but lies and I have verified with her about the deal if it was really R99. 00 and she confirmed on it to a conclusion were we calculated my monthly installment which was R425.00 without even being notified about connection fee or any other fees for that matter and on my first month using the explorer R900.00 was deducted on my account and I received a message that says R593.00 will be deducted from my account. I'm not gonna have MultiChoice fiddling on my account this way, this is highly not acceptable, I'd rather invest in Netflix than having such dishonesty I want what we agreed on or I want nothing to do with MultiChoice... I wish I never took the deal to begin with because I just invited liers who just wanted to trick me with a **** deal
