DSTV Explorer

<p>I think it is absolutely pathetic of how things have been dealt with since I got my DSTV Explorer. Every month I get cut off due to account being suspended (not paid) - yet it is paid and up-to-date, but because of poor systems they are unable to reconcile my account. I previously phoned and was informed to change the account number due to me changing from a normal dish to explorer in order to avoid the payment to reflect in my old account. I have done this, but to no avail they still fail in crediting my account correctly.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have had endless problems on a daily basis, that I have to unplug the explorer, wait for 5 seconds and then restart it again just to view live channels. </p> <p> </p> <p>I received a R2000 voucher from Makro for installation to be done by Bling Installations (just as pathetic) - They after 2 weeks of my phone call only came out to install the dish and then charged me an additional R1800 + for the installation. Of which my tv still goes off every hour without signal, and / or the ALL the live channels get disconnected.</p> <p> </p> <p>If my issues are not addressed today, I request that my services be cancelled as I am wasting money on phones calls of over 15 min at a time, and it is very very frustating watching a movie or rugby and get disconnected.</p>
