DsTV Explorer

I bought a DsTV Explorer last Month and paid for The PVR functions but I can only Record with N o CatchUp or BoxOffice. I have called The CallCentre multiple times and my query escalated but still no luck. I have been dm'ing with DsTV on Twitter for a while now but still No Luck.

I am really frustrated now because basically I paid for Recording only. I really do not know what else do to as I have brought this to their attention but still same problem
