DSTV explorar
When the sales consultant called be for the explorar special I clearly stated I wanted the one for R799. Which he agreed to. However when the complaint depart called me about another issue with this contact I was informed I will be chargred more the R799 I believe it was about R849. I then escalated this and Merisca from the complaints department advised she will investigate. It's been 3 weeks with no feedback. The call center just escalates each time I call but nothing happens
