Dstv explora vs Showmax no longer exists.

Poor communication, *****ulent sales. DSTV sells u the DSTV explora included in many options like Boxoffice, News24 , dmx , people’s weather and why we bought it inclusive is SHOWMAX because u are a Premium client its inclusive in youre premium per month. Now the Showmax app no longer operates on the Dstv Explora and u are force to buy the Dstv Ultra. Until the 08/02/2024 u were able to watch showmax now 09/02/2024 its not available anymore. When people by the 100s of thousands go buy the Dstv decoders and u get sold a decoder with all the above mentioned including Showmax u pay what they sell to u. Why when the Showmax app no longer work’s don’t customers not get told , secondly we bought decoders on perception that the apps loaded on will be forever. So this is *****ulent advertising from DSTV multichoice . The company needs to be held accountable for the updates that they do and not hold the customers to ransom and force customers buying the new upgraded Dstv ultra with the apps . It was same as the DSTV walka , customers bought them expensive and only to find after a year its abolish and not working any longer , knowinglyit will be taken off market, Dstv still go ahead and advertise the products at hand and sells it with false pretension that it will be forever. Dstv Multichoice need to be accountable and give patrons discounts on purchasing new Dstv Ultra decoders because the Dstv Explora no longer have the apps as advertised and promised when customers buy the product . For to long Dstv Multichoice has a monopoly and abusing the system for their benefits and customers always get the small end of the stick.
