Dstv Explora vouchers does not match the decoder what A ****!!!!!!

I bought an explora during black Friday at Game it came with a voucher only used now in April .DSTV Installer called multichoice to claim the voucher or for payment,He was told VOUCHER DOES NOT THE DECODER.That is most rediculous thing I have ever heard and now they refuse to pay the installer.I called GAME they said I should call MULTICHOICE to fix this problem.....MULTICHOICE BEING THE *********** COMPANY THEY ARE, ARE GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND I AM SO DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY.
