DSTV Explora - useless/waste of time

We confirmed an order for the DSTV Explora special in early December. It is well over a month and there's no delivery. I have recieved 3 calls from the agents from the 11/01/2016. They are aware that we did not get delivery and I have to go through the same story over and over! two of the agents were Thando Ngcobo and Mtswiki Medupe. I am sick and tired of telling them to debit my account for the R149.00! <br> DSTV overall is a ******* and we are now convinced that this explora is just as useless!<br> We are not going for Showmax and Netflix
