Dstv Explora software issues
Please can we have feedback on ongoing problems with the following:<br> <br> 1) Standby button does not work sometimes. <br> 2) One press of any button on the remote results in the Explora decoder seeing a double press instead.<br> 3) Slow motion does not work. <br> <br> I think all these problems are linked to the same software problem on the decoder itself. <br> I don't think the problem lies with the remote.<br> <br> Please can we investigate as this is a common problem with all the Explora decoders.<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> Shane Robertson<br>
