Dstv explora pricelock

I am so upset.. Multichoice has been deduction different amounts on my account for the past year. Been on pricelock for R533..and when I noticed now that all the months the value has been fluntuating and increasing up to R759.. Called in today and my matter they say it will be escalated with no promise that my money will be paid back into my account. Looks like Dstv is becoming *************.
