DSTV Explora Premium not playing catch up and Showmax

I have DSTV explora with due view, I have contacted the Durban call centre to assist because catch up is not working on the primary decoder. I spoke to two different agents and both told me different things but assured me that it has been resolved. On the secondary decoder catch up is not updating to show other programs. I was told that on Premium showmax is free but also not working. Why one is paying so much for a package that is not providing what it’s supposed to. Since it’s lockdown dstv is playing repeating very old movies, movies that have been played a million now but still expected to pay. I will appreciate if my primary decoder can play catch up, be able to see tv guide and watch Showmax on both.
