Dstv explora not delivered yet

Last monday i ordered a explora over the phone for R899 a month the package. I then phoned this monday to hear why i haven't received it yet. The person over the phone said she wil look into it as i must have received it because it only take 3-5 working days. She wil email me to clarify the situation. It is now 2 days later and i have yet to receive anything. Sunday is the 1ste November and i bet multichoice wil deduct the money from my account for something i dont even have yet.
