DSTV Explora - Misleading Promotion
Dstv is having a promotion with their explora - for R849 you get the explora and the premium benefits with no increase for 2 years. I was contacted by a mulitchoice call agent who asked a lot of questions relating to my personal information and the final question was how much I earned and my expenses. I was informed that I didn't qualify for this promotion, yet I have been a Dstv premium subscriber for 3 years and have a PVR. SO COULD MULTICHOICE GIVE ME AN EXPLANTION AS TO WHY I DONT QUALIFY!
