DSTV Explora keeps Resting itself

I am utterly irritated by DSTV and their customer service. I reported on Sunday that my explora keeps resetting itself and I was told that it is a National technical issure and technicians are on it. Today is Tuesday and this issue has still not been resolved. My fanily and I have been unable to watch tv which is a service that I am paying for and I do not Expect to understand that this technical issue is stiil being resolved. This is just frustrating and poor service quality. I would like to be contacted and have this issue resolved, this cannot continue to persist- if it is a National error, I would apprciiate communication with regards to the fault that they are facing or alternatively, have my explora exchanged as This is not a problem that I have caused.

Hi Dinah,

Thank you for this. It is working.

Our second decoder though is still having issues as it lost signal during the rebooting phase. I sent in an enquiry with the second smart card number. Will monitor it tomorrow and advise.
