DStv Explora keeps rebooting
<p>My newly bought DStv Explora played nicely for about two weeks, but then it suddenly keeeps rebooting about 2 minutes.</p> <p> </p> <p>I sent an email on the 9th of Oct 2016 to ********** but with no reply.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist.</p>

To resolve your rebooting problem on your decoder, please leave your decoder plugged in on switch on as we will be fixing this problem remotely. Please note the decoder should not be on standby but switched on.
