DSTV Explora hidden costs

<p>On the 4th I contacted DSTV regarding their DSTV Explora promotion of R949 (See image). The consultant took all my details and did an application over the phone. All and all it took about 20 minutes, after which she said application is approved and that I will receive my Explora etc in 2 days. She also explained that I need to arrange for an installer and that it will cost me if installer is out of the 25km range covered by Multichoice. I agreed to this. It is now 14:15 on the 8th and I have not received anything. I contacted Multichoice on ********** this morning at 10 and spoke to Luthando who said that they did not send any equipment, because I havent paid courier fees yet. I do not understand, the first consultant that did the application never mentioned anything about courier fee and it states on their promotion as can be seen in the attached image, that delivery is free. Also installation is indicated as free. I read through their terms and conditions and nowhere is there any mention of courier fees etc.</p>
