Dstv Explora ecoder problems

A while back we installed dstv's new explora decoder. After a month or so it froze and after a reboot it got stuck on the reboot screen, we were told to format the decoder and losse all the reordings. This worked for a while and it did it again so we formatted the decoder again. <br> Now after a few months the docoder developed new problems, we cannot pause the tv or rewind or fast forward it if you press any of these buttons it freezes. It als0 does not want to record or records about one minute of the program and stops. We are paying for a service that is now not availble to us.
