Dstv explora DPP no feedback

Hey my son helped me this Sunday to send the DPP SMS to the number to apply for my new explora.. <br> On Monday (31 August) I recivied a call from the DPP department. They ask me a few questions and the the lady told me I should gold on for credit check after next few minutes she told me that my application was approved and then the lady told me the debit order will go off on Wednesday 2 September. Today I still haven't received a call or anything the debit order still didn't went of from my account and no call whatsoever. Please can anybody tell me I my application for the explora is in progress or do I have to re-apply or what should I do
