DSTV EXPLORA DEAL - EMPTY PROMISES NO SERVICE

I first made enquiries for DSTV Explora package deal advertised on TV and until today I am no further than before in finding out when this is going to happen - I have complained many times and all I get are empty promises with a reference number and then nothing!!!! No Explora - No contact - no updates!<br> Perhaps we should rather consider Netflix as an option and do away with DSTV and their constant repeats - I am not a satisfied customer - Multichoice you think you are above everyone because you dont have any competitors but you are not giving good service at all --- and do you think we havent noticed the copious amount of boring adverts that are now being flighted during programes so much so that sometimes we just switch off the TV and read as the adverts are so repetitive and invasive.
