Dstv explora approved but never delivered

I am very disappointed in DSTV. I app**** for the explora and it was approved on the 3rd of May. I still have not received it. I called and they said it is a manufacturer problem. I am really tired of waiting. And want to cancel it. But before I cancel it I hope I can get some answers.
