I have been complaining about my explora deleting staff for the past 6 months, every month all the recorded playlists are getting deleted, contact multi choice when ever this happened and all they say is " reboot it or we cleared an error on my device". To date I suffering from this issue, I am not happy with the device wouldn't never recommend the explora.
