DSTV EXPLORA 3 INSTALLMENT
I received a call on the 12 July 2019;time 17:50 from On Air on behalf of multi-choice dstv selling the latest explora 3 saying two explora ,I will be paying R 139,00 per months for 24 months starting from September to my surprise first installment it was 139 and 139 i reverse the other one telling myself its a mistake as the caller said I will be paying R 139.00.Now I am receiving message to say I must pay otherwise action will be taken upon me as the company wants R 278,00 every months for both, the reason I took the Explora 3 is because he said two Explora for R139.00 fortunately I still have the record on my phone as a proof,I am not ready to be paying R 278.00 as it was not the agreement on the day, please assist.

27 Nov 2019, 19:24I am not satisfied how On Air handle my matter,cross examining me like I am at false after asking me to pay arrears by sms and even hanging up on me after telling them ,I will be able to pay what i agree on the 12 July 2019.
