DSTV Explora 2 switching on and off every 5 minutes

My DSTV Explora keeps Switching off every five minutes ,in June 2021 i took it to one of the DSTV service providers ,i was informed that they formatted the decoder and it should be fine ,its july im experiencing the same issue ,what irritates me is that im paying for indurance for these types of problems but i cant seem to get any help.
