I app**** for the DSTV Explora on the R850 per month rental agreement. However, I got declined due to credit criteria. I know my record right now is not great, but I've had DSTV for more than 10 years and in that time I've never missed a payment. Currently I pay R770 pm - most months I rent a couple of movies which take my account to over R800 pm. So why on earth won't I be able to pay R850 per month. They said that they would escalate my request to a supervisor, but 2 months later I'm still waiting. People should stop just looking at what the system says and use some common sense.<br> I would really like for someone who can make decisions to call me and look at my application.
