DSTV Explora
On the 15 June 2015, I spoke to Kabelo regarding the DSTV Explora that one can purchase from Multichoice - the contract was approved and I was told that the device will be couriered to me within 5 working days (also as per the website). Yesterday I called the call centre and spoke to Pretty who told me that she will escalate the query and some will call me by this morning. I didn't get the call so I called the call centre again and spoke to Andile who refused to assist but gave me another number ***) - I tried explaining that Pretty assist yesterday but he insisted that I call this number so I did and obviously no one there could assist. Please can someone who know what is happening at Multichoice please advise if this delivery will happen or not!!!
