DSTV explain R940???!

Ok so let me beginning in my story, my husband left several messages for someone in their sales department to call me as the DSTV is in my name, NO ONE BOTHERED to call me. I eventually called myself I was asked 3000 questions to be told I didn’t qualify. When I app**** +/- 3 years ago were I was earning less than half of what I am earning now I was accepted. I was then told if I wanted to know why I was declined I has to send a mail, which I did and in the reply I was told again it because I don’t earn enough. I am now paying every month R940, but I am not able to get the new decoder for 24 months at R899. Again I am earning 3 times more than what I was 3 years ago but I AM DECLINED. I then sent though my salary slip to prove but I AM STILL DECLINED. After several mails back and forward, I was offered a discount on what I am paying now. How on God green earth does DSTV justify this. I am absolutely horrified at the way DSTV have handled this situation. I had stated that I would cancel my contact and in other words DSTV would rather loose me as a customer interest of approving me on a R899 package for 2 yrs. Again I am horrified and disgusted at your service. Maybe if someone higher than a sales representative could explain this to me.
