DStv excludes streaming subscribers

As a streaming only user I have been excluded from "anniversary upgrade" reward which apparently applies to decoder user only.

2. I have been also been excluded for the current "upgrade to DStv family" promotion as it also prioritizes decoder users.

3. DStv Access subscribers who have decoders had ch. 197 opened to them while us on streaming only did not.

It is clear that DStv prioritizes decoder users more than us on streaming only even though we are paying the same price, even some of my rewards disappeared without me claiming them this month.
